In-stock items: within 48 hours after order confirmation and payment. Imported goods: 30–45 days.

100% return for goods that are wrong or defective due to Kojin’s fault; a resolution is proposed within 3 working days.
Warranty
100% replacement for single-use products when the fault lies with Kojin (transport, manufacturing, design).
