Delivery policy
In-stock goods
Delivered within 48 hours after order confirmation and payment.
Imported goods
30–45 days after confirmation and payment; imported goods with custom printing: 45 days + 7 days printing.
Shipping fees
Indicative per-carton fees by region (northern provinces from 20–30,000₫; central 30–40,000₫; HCMC from 50,000₫; western provinces from 100,000₫); confirmed in your quotation. Vietnamese original →
Returns & warranty
Returns
100% return for goods that are wrong or below the agreed quality due to Kojin’s fault. Send photos to hi@kojin.vn or via Zalo; a resolution is proposed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Vietnamese original →
Warranty
Single-use products: 100% replacement when the fault is Kojin’s (transport, manufacturing, design). Printed goods: 5–10% deviation from on-screen designs is normal; misprints caused by Kojin are replaced 100%. Vietnamese original →
